ASSAM 2nd FLUSH TGFOP1
One of the finest 2nd flush Assam’s produced. The leaf is large, black, and with plenty of golden tip. The liquor is traditionally brisk, with a fantastic malty Assam character.
Storage - store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
Infusion - the leaves need to be infused at around 90 to 100°C for 3 to 4 minutes
