Our very best Long Jing, or Dragon Well. One of the ten famous teas of China, from Zhejiang Province. The leaves are flattened and pan-fired in a hot wok giving the tea a very soft, rich and buttery flavour and a beautiful straw coloured liquor. A truly excellent tea.
Storage - store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
Infusion - the leaves need to be infused at around 80 to 90°C for 3 to 4 minutes
