HIGH MOUNTAIN GREEN
This lovely green tea from the high mountains of Zhejiang Province in China is a great every day drinking tea. The pure air and clean precipitation gives the tea perfect conditions to grow.
The liquor is light coloured, refreshing and nicely flavoured.
Storage - store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
Infusion - the leaves need to be infused at around 80 to 90°C for 3 to 4 minutes
