JASMINE SNOW
Green tea infused with Jasmine from Fujian Province, China. The Jasmine flowers are kept with the tea and give the appearance of 'snow'. This is a very fragrant Jasmine tea.
Storage - store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
Infusion - the leaves need to be infused at around 85 to 90°C for 3 to 4 minutes
