Pure Lavender, extremely fragrant and produces a clean and crisp liquor which really refreshes the palate. Lavender is known to contain flavonoids, tannins, courmarines, and essential oil containing camphor, geraniol and linalool. Traditionally, lavender has been used to treat disorders of the nervous system
Storage - store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
Infusion - the leaves need to be infused at around 80 to 90°C for 4 to 5 minutes
