MANGO INDICA BLACK

Mao Jian is one of the top teas of China, from the high mountains of Henan where the soil is fertile, and the climate is fresh and moist, boosting the absorption of rich elements into the tea. Picked in springtime, Mao Jian, Chinese for ‘hairy tips’, accurately describes the relatively small dark green straight edged leaves. The liquor produces a grassy aroma that leaves a pleasant and long-lasting sweet aftertaste in the mouth.
Storage  - store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
Infusion - the leaves need to be infused at around 90 to 100°C for 3 to 4 minutes
