ROOIBOS RED
From the Western Cape of South Africa, the leaves of the plant are oxidised which results in the red colour and the high levels of anti-oxidants and low levels of caffeine and trannins. The liquor is deep and red, and is smooth and mellow. A refreshing and soothing infusion.
Storage - store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
Infusion - the leaves need to be infused at around 80 to 90°C for 4 to 5 minutes
