SILVER NEEDLE JASMINE KING
Silver Needle, or Baihao Yinzhen, is a white tea produced in Fujian Province in China. This high quality white tea using only top buds of the plant are hand picked and infused with jasmine. The buds are only lightly oxidised before drying which results in a tea with the least caffeine and the most antioxidants.
Infusing the tea results in a light coloured, refreshing and delicately sweet jasmine flavoured liquor.
Storage - store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
Infusion - the leaves need to be infused at around 80°C for 4 to 5 minutes
