WHITE TEA WITH POMEGRANATE
This white tea, from Fujian Province in China, has ben infused with sweet, sharp fruity pomegranate. The liquor is light coloured, refreshing and delicious.
Storage - store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
Infusion - the leaves need to be infused at around 80°C for 4 to 5 minutes
